Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley, part of Four Seasons Hotels Limited, is seeking a Spa Therapist (On-Call) to deliver luxurious spa services in a high-end setting. You will set up treatment rooms, greet guests, and support scheduling and guest flow.

The role requires a valid license for massage and facial treatments, English fluency, and availability on Fridays and weekends. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid license to perform body massage and facial treatment as per state law.
• Available to work on Fridays and weekends.
• CPR, First Aid certification preferred.
• Fluency in reading, writing and spoken English required.
• Authorization to work in the United States required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain Spa, including refreshments in pre-treatment and treatment areas.
• Handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality; accommodate requests; resolve complaints; assist guests with Spa services.

The Opportunity:

Four Seasons is currently looking for a Spa Therapist (On-Call).

Essential function of the job (but are not limited to) :

• - Set-up and maintain Spa including refreshments inpre-treatment and treatment areas.
• - Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism;accommodatespecial requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection withSpa services.
• - Assist gueststo their appointments as they relate to Spa services.
• - Ensure an adequate supply of all guest supplies and amenitieswithin thetreatmentroomand loungesand ensure immaculate presentation of these items.
• - Ensure treatment roomsarefully stocked with linen and supplies at all times.
• - Maintain clean work areas.
• - Appropriately utilizereservation systems, maintenancerecords, and Guest profile databaseas vehicles of communication to ensure guestsatisfaction with all services provided.
• - Adhere to Four Seasons standards and massage andbody treatment sequencesof service.
• - Properlyprepare, operate, and clean/sanitize all equipment in thetreatmentrooms andSpa areas.
• - Ensure compliance of daily, and opening/closing checklists by walking and ensuring all areas of treatment rooms are well maintained, stocked, and cleaned to ensure high quality presentation and repair of all equipment.
• - Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

Knowledge and Skills:

• - High School education or equivalent experience.
• - Valid l icense to perform body massage and facial treatment as per state law.
• - Must be available to work on Fridays and weekends.
• - CPR, First Aid Certified preferred.
• - This position is physical by nature and requires candidates to meet all of the essential functions of this position.
• - Fluency in reading, writing and spoken English is required.
• - Authorization to work in the United States is required for this role.
