Responsibilities

• Deliver region targets across service delivery, workforce engagement, biomed support, revenue and expenses.
• Maintain governance, policies, and regulatory compliance; manage staff and programs.
• Lead fundraising efforts and collaborate on regional strategy.
• Build external relationships with donors, partners, government and civic groups.
• Increase regional visibility through local media and community engagement.
• Develop volunteer leadership and ensure diverse, engaged regional teams.
