Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Retail District Manager to oversee Massachusetts stores, coach Store Managers, and drive revenue growth. You will travel up to 80% of the time to support in-market operations and new store openings, starting with an initial portfolio of four locations with plans to expand.

The role requires 5+ years of progressive retail leadership, including 3+ years leading multiple locations, and a proven ability to improve sales and customer experiences across a multi-unit environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive retail leadership experience.
• 3+ years leading multiple locations, markets, or districts.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and profitability.
• Strong coaching and development of Store Managers.

Responsibilities

• Drive district revenue targets by developing and executing sales strategies.
• Monitor KPIs: revenue, customer satisfaction, and conversion.
• Coach Store Managers to improve employee engagement and store performance.
• Lead during transitions, acquisitions, and new store openings.
• Own district P&L and manage controllable costs.
