Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and familiarity with scheduling and reporting software.
• Travel is required to all markets within the district.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site district to maximize sales and gross margin.
• Ensure customer service standards and store performance.
• Oversee compliance with HR, security, and record-keeping.
• Coach store managers to drive KPIs and performance.
• Manage expenses and payroll budgets.
• Review operational reports and develop long-term goals.
• Coordinate promotions and new store openings or closures.
• Address issues affecting service, efficiency, and productivity.
• Ensure store premises meet safety and environmental codes.
