Modivcare Solutions, LLC is seeking an Exception Specialist I to ensure accurate fulfillment and approval of transportation requests. You will work with internal and external resources, outreach to members, facilities, clients, and other parties to streamline processes and resolve exceptions.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, the ability to learn new systems quickly, and collaboration within a team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate accurate fulfillment and approval procedures for transportation service requests/reservations.
• Assist in creating, modifying, and recertifying standing orders under supervision.
• Contribute data for cost-saving measures and review.
• Maintain and update facility rolodex with guidance.
• Investigate and report customer service issues and exceptions.
• Participate in denial and appeal processes under supervision.
• Assist with cancelation audits to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Support management with provider liquidated damages and recoupment tasks.
• Assist with utilization-related issues and simple investigations.
• Review utilization and billing trends and report findings to senior staff.
