Qualifications

• JD required and bar admission in at least one US state.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with complex mass tort litigation and supervising others preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Manage discovery and ensure compliance with court orders and local rules.
• Monitor MDL/coordinated proceedings and related developments.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on tasks.
• Assess venue/jurisdiction and support settlement efforts.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise team members as needed.
