Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Charleston, WV seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to manage complex litigation, draft pleadings, supervise discovery, and support trial prep.

You will lead and mentor paralegals, oversee MDL/coordinated proceedings, and help identify optimal venue while advancing settlement efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a JD, bar admission, and proven experience in complex litigation; strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• JD required.

• Knowledge of state and federal civil procedure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Monitor and coordinate MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
