Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Associate Attorney in Naples, FL to handle complex litigation matters, draft pleadings, manage discovery, and support trial preparation. This role offers leadership opportunities in MDL/coordinated proceedings.

Ideal candidates will have a JD, admission to a U.S. state bar, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• JD required with admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of state and federal civil procedure.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional judgment and discretion.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation technology/tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
