Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Manage discovery and case management orders.
• Support trial preparation and MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Direct paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Assess venue/jurisdiction and assist settlements.
