Job summary

A legal services company is looking for experienced Legal Recruiters to manage complex product liability litigation. This role is not related to eDiscovery and requires strong communication and organizational skills. Candidates should hold a Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM, with litigation experience and a good standing license in the U.S. This contract position offers a pay range of $30-32 per hour, with potential benefits including medical and 401k.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable being on the phone for large portions of the day.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret claim documents with precision.
• Draft responses to inquiries from claimants and their counsel.
• Handle telephone inquiries from claimants and legal representatives.
• Collaborate with project directors and team members.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM from an accredited U.S. law school

Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Prior litigation experience

Experience with class action and/or mass tort matters

Exceptional attention to detail

Strong customer service orientation
