Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of litigation experience in California state and federal courts.
• Experience with product liability and mass tort litigation preferred.
• Experience taking plaintiff and fact witness depositions.
• Experience handling written discovery, pleadings, and motions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of litigation in California state and federal courts.
• Prepare initial drafts of motions and pleadings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries.
• Prepare for and take depositions of witnesses.
• Assist with document review and manage coding in platforms.
