Adams & Martin Group in Culver City is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join the team on a temp-to-hire basis. The role focuses on case management, discovery, and trial preparation within a respected national asbestos/mesothelioma practice.

The candidate should have 3–5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, strong e-filing knowledge in state and federal courts, and excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience drafting and responding to discovery.
• Strong knowledge of e-filing in state and federal courts.
• Experience with calendaring litigation deadlines.
• Trial preparation experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage discovery, including form interrogatories, special interrogatories, RFAs, and RFPs.
• Utilize and customize discovery templates and shells as needed.
• E-file documents in California state and federal courts.
• Maintain and monitor litigation calendars and critical deadlines.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case organization.
• Support all phases of litigation from discovery through trial.
