Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents such as depositions and pleadings.
• File documents with courts.
• Summarize cases and prepare reports for attorneys.
• Organize and manage documents, including spreadsheets and retrieval systems.
• Act as liaison among parties including court for scheduling and information sharing.
• Coordinate collection, review and production of documents and respond to discovery requests.
• Assist with researching and investigating facts.
• Assist with trial preparation including exhibits and witness binders.
