Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, a Paralegal Certificate, and proficiency with MS Office. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, revise, and proofread routine legal documents and correspondence.
• Manage and maintain litigation files from inception through trial.
• Organize, review, and summarize case records and documentation.
• Assist with discovery, document productions, and deposition prep.
• Coordinate deposition logistics and prepare trial materials.
• Support attorneys during hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial proceedings.
• Conduct document review and factual research as needed.
