Qualifications

• 5–7 years of litigation paralegal experience in fast-paced environments.
• Extensive knowledge of California and federal civil procedure, local rules, deadlines.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and related correspondence.
• Experience in eDiscovery, trial preparation, case management, and complex litigation support.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with document review, eDiscovery projects, trial exhibits, and case administration.
• Prepare and manage written discovery, deposition materials, subpoenas, discovery outlines, and deposition scheduling.
• Coordinate expert witnesses and assist with all phases of case development, trial preparation, and litigation strategy support.
• Maintain and organize electronic and physical case files using litigation support and document management platforms.
