Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to join our Burlington, VT team. The attorney will manage a range of litigation tasks, including drafting pleadings, overseeing discovery, and assisting trial preparation.

Collaborate with paralegals and case managers to ensure compliance with court orders and firm standards, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to strategy for complex cases.

Qualifications

• JD degree required.
• Admission to at least one U.S. state bar.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
