BCG Attorney Search seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney in Lakeland, FL to manage pleadings, discovery, and trial prep. The attorney will work with paralegals and case managers to ensure court orders and firm standards are followed, and will coordinate strategies for mass tort matters.

The role requires a Juris Doctor and a minimum of two years in litigation, with substantial complex litigation experience preferred. The position is full-time and located on-site in Lakeland, Florida.

Qualifications

• JD required for licensure in the U.S.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in litigation matters.
• Substantial experience with complex litigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategies for mass tort cases.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend venues and jurisdictions for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
