Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to join its Riverside, CA office. The attorney will manage litigation responsibilities, including drafting pleadings, overseeing discovery, and supporting trial preparation. This role offers leadership opportunities in coordinated MDL proceedings.

The candidate should have a JD and admission to a U.S. state bar, with a preference for experience in complex litigation and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• JD required and admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
• Experience with complex litigation preferred.
• Experience mentoring and supervising others preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
