BCG Attorney Search seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney in Charlotte, NC to manage a range of litigation tasks, including drafting pleadings, discovery management, and trial preparation.

You will collaborate with paralegals and case managers to ensure compliance with court orders and firm standards, while developing strategies and supervising junior staff where needed.

Qualifications

• JD required.
• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience.
• Substantial experience with complex litigation preferred.
• Bar admission to at least one U.S. state is required.
