Qualifications

• JD is required and a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience is expected.
• Substantial experience with complex litigation is preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation software/tools (CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, Litify).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Manage discovery and case scheduling orders, ensuring compliance with court directives.
• Support trial preparation and coordinate with paralegals and case managers.
• Provide direction on liability and damages proof, and assist with venue/jurisdiction analysis.
• Assist in settlement and resolution efforts.

Duties

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.

Education

Certifications

• Admission to at least one U.S. state bar required.

• Experience mentoring and supervising others preferred.
• Experience using CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify.
