Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to join the Arlington, VA team. The attorney will manage pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation in fast-paced complex matters.

Responsibilities include strategy development, supervising staff, and coordinating with paralegals and case managers to ensure compliance with court orders and firm standards.

Qualifications

• Bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
• Experience in mass tort or complex litigation preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in pleadings, motions, and discovery management.
• Knowledge of civil procedure rules and court orders.

• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor MDL/coordinated proceedings and updates.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on tasks.

• Assess venue and jurisdiction for filing decisions.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.

Duties
