Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to join their Wilmington, DE team. The attorney will manage litigation, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and supporting trial preparation, coordinating with paralegals and case managers to ensure compliance with court orders and firm standards.

The ideal candidate has a JD and at least 2 years of litigation experience, with a preference for complex litigation.

Qualifications

• JD required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation matters.
• Substantial experience with complex litigation preferred.
• Admission to at least one U.S. state bar required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
