A law firm seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to join their team in Mount Laurel, NJ. The attorney will manage various litigation responsibilities, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and supporting trial preparation. Duties

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.

Requirements
