The ideal candidate holds a JD, U.S. bar admission, and demonstrates strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement litigation strategy for mass tort matters.

• Supervise paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Assess venues and jurisdiction for filings.
• Assist settlement discussions as needed.

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to join their team in Bedford, NH. The attorney will manage various litigation responsibilities, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and supporting trial preparation. This role offers opportunities for leadership positions in coordinated proceedings.

Duties

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.

Requirements
