Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Providence, RI seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to manage complex tort matters, draft pleadings, supervise discovery, and support trial preparation.

You will collaborate with paralegals and case managers to ensure compliance with court orders, manage MDL developments, and contribute to settlement efforts in a fast-paced firm environment.

Qualifications

• JD degree required and bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
• Experience with complex litigation is preferred.
• Experience mentoring and supervising others is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
