Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to join our Buffalo, NY team. You will manage litigation tasks, draft pleadings, supervise discovery, and support trial preparation while coordinating with paralegals and case managers to comply with court orders and firm standards.

The role requires a JD and active bar admission in the United States, strong organizational and analytical abilities, and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• JD required and bar admission to a U.S. state.
• Experience with complex litigation is preferred.
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
