Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Boston seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Associate Attorney to develop and execute litigation strategies for mass tort matters in Massachusetts. The role requires a JD and admission to at least one U.S. state bar.

Candidate should bring strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Proficiency with CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, Litify, and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
