Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is looking for a Mass Tort Litigation Associate Attorney in Biloxi, MS. This role entails handling litigation responsibilities, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and supporting trial prep. The position provides opportunities for leadership within coordinated proceedings and can be based in any of the firm's offices across the U.S.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and analytical skills, along with a JD and state bar admission. Benefits include medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience with complex litigation preferred.
• Experience mentoring and supervising others preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.

Education

JD required
