BCG Attorney Search in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Associate to manage complex multi-party litigation, draft pleadings, oversee discovery, and support trial preparation.

You will lead or co-lead coordinated proceedings, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with partners to advance settlement and triumphs in high-stakes matters. JD required; bar admission in good standing; strong writing and analytical skills essential.

Qualifications

• JD required.
• Admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with complex litigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
