Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Associate Attorney in Baltimore, MD. The role involves handling diverse litigation tasks, from drafting pleadings to discovery management and trial preparation, with opportunities for leadership in coordinated MDL proceedings.

Qualifications

• JD required.
• Admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
• Experience with complex litigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft and file pleadings, amendments, and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
