BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Associate Attorney in Philadelphia, PA. The role involves drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and supporting trial preparation, with opportunities for leadership in coordinated proceedings.

The candidate will handle strategy development, complex proceedings, and collaboration with paralegals to advance settlements and favorable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of state and federal civil procedure.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional judgment and discretion.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation technology/tools.
• Education: JD required.
• Certifications: Admission to at least one U.S. state bar required.
• Experience with complex litigation preferred.
• Experience mentoring and supervising others preferred.
• Experience using CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
