Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Associate Attorney in Tampa, Florida. This role involves handling various litigation responsibilities related to mass tort matters, including drafting pleadings and managing discovery.

Qualifications

• Experience with complex litigation preferred.
• Experience mentoring and supervising others preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft and file pleadings, amendments, and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and review work product for accuracy.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.

Skills

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Working knowledge of state and federal civil procedure

Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation technology/tools

Education
