Link Snacks, Inc. is seeking an Associate Category Manager for Mass/Club to help create and implement category strategies, drive win‑win solutions with customers, and strengthen partnerships.

You’ll collaborate with sales to optimize assortments, pricing, and promotional activities in line with company goals. The role requires strong analytics, experience with data sources like Nielsen/Circana, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/marketing-related field.
• 3+ years of category management, sales, analytics, or related CPG roles.
• Proficiency with syndicated data (Nielsen, Circana) and retailer loyalty data.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze sales data, consumer trends, and market dynamics to identify category growth opportunities.
• Develop and optimize product assortments and planograms. Assess product performance and profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and retailers.
• Track KPIs and report category performance to drive actions.
• Monitor competitors and market trends for new opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
