Global Partners LP is seeking an Associate Category Manager to own the category P&L and end-to-end strategy across convenience store categories. You will track sales, margin, rate, and market share, and translate insights into plans to hit sales, gross margin, and business targets.

Responsibilities include developing category strategies, setting priorities for assortment, pricing, promotions, and vendor plans, and driving execution across stores with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI or Tableau.
• You manage and own projects with supervision.
• Meet deadlines and be results-oriented.
• Strong communication with all levels and external partners.
• Ability to create and deliver public presentations to peers and executives.
• Collaborate and influence with and without authority.
• Basic understanding of P&L statements.

Responsabilités

• Own the category P&L and business results for assigned portfolio.
• Track sales, gross margin dollars, rate, units, transactions and market share.
• Develop and refresh category strategies using customer and market data.
• Set priorities for assortment, pricing, promotions, space, vendor plans.
• Lead category pricing, promotions, and post-event evaluation.
• Lead vendor relationships and business reviews; drive store execution.
• Coordinate with Store Ops, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Pricing and vendors.
