Job summary

Jack Link’s Inc. is seeking an Associate Category Manager for Mass/Club to drive category strategies with retailers. You will analyze sales data, optimize assortments, pricing, and promotions, and collaborate across sales, marketing, and finance to align with business goals.

You will build relationships with key customers, monitor performance metrics, and stay ahead of market trends. This role requires 3+ years in category management and strong analytical skills in a fast-paced CPG environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in category management, sales, analytics, or related CPG role.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Proficiency in syndicated data (Nielsen, Circana) and loyalty card data.
• Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify category growth opportunities.
• Develop and optimize product assortments and planograms; analyze product performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and retailers.
• Track KPI performance and report insights to the sales team.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify growth opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
