Link Snacks is seeking an Associate Category Manager focused on Mass / Club to develop category strategies, optimize assortments, pricing, and promotions in partnerships with customers. You will analyze data and collaborate with sales to drive profitable product selections.

You'll build planograms, maintain retailer relationships, track KPIs, monitor competitors, and contribute to strategic decisions that support long-term growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in category management, sales analytics, or a related CPG role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in using syndicated data (Nielsen, Circana) and retailer loyalty card data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
• Initiative-taking, results-driven mindset with a passion for consumer products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, consumer trends, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for category growth.
• Assist in development and optimization of product assortments and planograms based on profitability and demand.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and retailers.
• Track and report on key performance metrics; provide updates to the sales team.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead of market opportunities.
