Job summary

Acrnet is seeking a Mass Arbitration Attorney for a remote contract role, paying $95/hour for 20–40 hours per month. You will represent clients in short arbitration conferences with a Fortune 100 company under the consumer protection practice.

You’ll join video or phone conferences as the customer’s counsel, keep discussions settlement-focused, and log each outcome in the tracker. Training materials and a supervising attorney are provided for each shift.

Qualifications

• Mid-level associate with arbitration or consumer disputes experience.
• State Bar: no specific state required.

Responsibilities

Job description

Mass Arbitration Attorney

Contract position | Remote | $95 per hour | 20 to 40 hours per month

We're a consumer protection firm led by a seasoned litigator representing thousands of customers in a fee dispute with a Fortune 100 company. Under the customer agreement, each customer must attend a short one-on-one conference with the company before filing for arbitration. Those conferences are underway, and we need attorneys to attend on our clients' behalf.

You’ll join video or phone conferences as the customer's counsel. Most run 15 minutes, and many are back to back. Your job is to keep each call a real settlement discussion, not a one-sided questioning of our client. You'll step in when needed, note any offer, and log each outcome in our tracker. We provide training materials, the client file, and a supervising attorney you can reach during every shift.

Areas of Law: Personal Injury, Class Action & Consumer. Experience level: Mid-level associate.

State Bar: No specific state required.

Time Zone: Eastern preferred.

This role involves communicating with clients and representing them on short conference calls with the company's counsel.
