Levin Law, P.A. is hiring a class-action litigator and arbitration attorney for a fully remote role. From day one you’ll run your own cases—from drafting complaints and briefs to depositions, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations in data privacy, cryptocurrency, securities, banking, and consumer protection disputes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience in data privacy, cryptocurrency, securities, banking, or consumer protection litigation.
• Arbitration experience with FINRA, AAA, or JAMS.
• Plaintiff-side background, big law, or federal clerkship.

Responsibilities

• Litigate federal-class actions and consumer arbitrations from start to finish.
• Handle hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Litigate cutting-edge data privacy, cryptocurrency, securities, banking, or consumer protection cases.

We're looking for a lawyer who loves to litigate and try cases from inception to conclusion. We're not looking for someone to just push paper.

Levin Law is a growing plaintiffs' firm. If you're intellectually curious, rigorously hardworking, and a fundamentally decent person, you'll do well with us.

From day one, you'll run your own cases — drafting complaints and briefs, taking depositions, arguing hearings, attending mediations, and trying arbitrations in data privacy, cryptocurrency, securities, banking, and consumer protection disputes. Real responsibility. No meaningless busy work.

• 5+ years of litigation experience
• Data privacy, cryptocurrency, securities, banking, or consumer protection litigation experience
• FINRA, AAA, or JAMS arbitration experience
• Plaintiff-side experience, big law background, or federal clerkship
