Morgan & Morgan is growing its Mass Arbitration practice. We're hiring an attorney to work directly with our lead attorney — helping identify cases worth bringing and seeing them through the arbitration process.
Mass arbitration sits at the intersection of plaintiff-side litigation, high-volume case operations, and strategic advocacy against some of the country's largest corporate defendants. When a corporate defendant buries a mandatory arbitration clause in its consumer contracts, it expects to resolve disputes quietly, one at a time, on its own terms. Mass arbitration flips that. You're coordinating across thousands of individual claimants, and it rewards attorneys who are organized, intellectually curious, and genuinely motivated to win.
