Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Premier Client Banker in the Wealth Management group, based in Chicago, IL at the Naperville Crossing location.

The role focuses on Mass Affluent client acquisition, proactive relationship management, and delivery of tailored financial solutions within an in-office culture. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, with FINRA Series 7/66 preferred and Life/Health insurance knowledge desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with strong communications and financial services knowledge.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in banking or wealth management.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 are preferred; Life/Health Insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive Mass Affluent client acquisition and retention.
• Manage leads, client appointments, and relationships across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to deliver financial wellness solutions.
• Ensure proactive relationship reviews, pre-call planning, and post-call debriefs.
