Job summary

PNC in Cincinnati, OH, seeks a Premier Client Banker to own and grow Mass Affluent relationships within its Wealth Management organization. You will drive acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing service, partnering with advisors to deepen client outcomes and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• FINRA Series 7, 66 (or 63 & 65) preferred. Life and Health Insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to proactively drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach and retention to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
• Develops and maintains internal partnerships to drive new revenue, acquisition and growth and manages risk to maximize profitability.
• Leads ecosystem partnerships and acts as quarterback for cross‑functional collaboration to deliver tailored financial wellness solutions.
• Own the client relationship and hold the team accountable for deliverables, managing onboarding and servicing.
• Deliver the Mass Affluent Advice and Planning value proposition through a Banking and Investing partnership.
