The role focuses on growing, deepening, and retaining client relationships through proactive outreach, education, and advisory support across banking solutions. You will collaborate with internal partners in Wealth, Commercial, Small Business, Lending, and other areas to tailor solutions, while ensuring regulatory compliance and a high standard of client service.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years financial/banking experience.
• SIE exam preferred.
• Life & Health license preferred.
• Active registration with NMLS preferred upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Grow, deepen, and retain a mass affluent client book through proactive outreach and needs-based conversations.
• Provide education and consultative support on banking products; refer to specialists as needed.
• Coordinate with internal partners in Wealth, Small Business, Lending, and Commercial to address client needs.
• Maintain regulatory and policy compliance in all client interactions and documentation.
• Serve as a primary contact for a complex client portfolio, delivering legendary service.
