Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Grow, deepen, and retain mass affluent relationships with an advice-based approach.
• Proactively engage clients via phone, email, and appointments to assess needs.
• Coordinate with Wealth, Commercial, Small Business and Lending partners to deliver solutions.
• Provide excellent client service and explain banking solutions; assist with loan applications.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and complete CIP and due diligence processes.
