Job summary

A strong emphasis on compliant, end-to-end service is required. The ideal candidate will have a relevant banking background, consultative selling experience, and a commitment to exceptional client service in a dynamic retail banking

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years financial / banking experience.
• Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) strongly preferred.
• Life & Health license preferred.
• Must maintain active NMLS registration upon hire.
• Consultative sales experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers the TD Premier program to eligible clients.
• Educates and advises clients on banking products and services.
• Proactively outreaches via phone, email, and appointments to meet client needs.
• Coordinates introductions with internal partners for referrals.
• Ensures adherence to Retail/Wealth policies and regulatory requirements.
• Supports compliance with CIP and due diligence processes.
