Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's / University degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years financial / banking experience preferred
• SIE exam strongly preferred
• Life & Health license preferred
• Active NMLS registration preferred
• Consultative sales experience required

Responsibilities

• Manage mass affluent client relationships and banking needs with an advice-based approach
• Proactively engage clients via phone, email, and appointments to assess and address financial needs
• Coordinate with Wealth, Commercial, Small Business, Lending, and other partners for referrals and joint pipelines
• Deliver excellent client service, handle moderately complex client concerns, and escalate when appropriate
• Adhere to TD Bank policies and regulatory requirements including CIP and AML standards
