Responsibilities

• Grow, deepen and retain mass affluent client relationships.
• Explain banking products and coordinate with internal partners in wealth, commercial, small business, lending.
• Proactively outreach via phone, email, or appointments and conduct needs-based conversations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to TD policies.
• Provide coaching and referrals to optimize the client experience.
