Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's / University degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years financial / banking experience.
• SIE exam strongly preferred.
• Life & Health license preferred.
• Experience with mass affluent and high net worth clients.

Responsibilities

• Delivers the Premier program to eligible Clients.
• Acts as educator and advisor on banking products and services.
• Performs routine and multi-step customer transactions.
• Outreach to clients via phone, email, and appointments.
• Collaborates with internal partners to deepen client relationships.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and TD policies.
