Buckeye Construction & Restoration is seeking an experienced Masonry Restoration Superintendent to lead field operations, ensuring restoration projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The role emphasizes managing crews, coordinating schedules, reviewing restoration details, and maintaining quality across historic and modern structures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial masonry restoration experience.
• 3+ years in a Superintendent, General Foreman, or similar leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a crew of multiple employees, subcontractors, and daily jobsite operations.
• Monitor crew work for quality.
• Coordinate project schedules, manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and restoration details.
• Conducts regular tailgate safety meetings.
• Organizes, supervises, leads and trains employees to complete projects within established guidelines and timeframe.
• Enforces all company and client-required safety policies and procedures.
• Submits crewmembers’ timesheets into payroll by deadline.
