Job summary

Buckeye Construction & Restoration is seeking an experienced Masonry Restoration Superintendent to lead field operations, ensuring high-quality restoration work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will supervise crews, coordinate schedules and resources, and enforce safety standards while reading blueprints and restoration details.

The ideal candidate has extensive commercial masonry restoration experience and strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.

• Experience reading blueprints and restoration details.
• Ability to supervise crews and ensure safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervises crew and daily jobsite operations.
• Monitors work quality and timelines.
• Coordinates schedules, manpower, equipment & materials.
• Reads blueprints and restoration details.
• Conducts tailgate safety meetings.
• Leads and trains employees to meet guidelines.
• Enforces safety policies and procedures.
• Submits timesheets by deadline.
