Job summary

BCR - Buckeye Construction & Restoration is seeking an experienced Masonry Restoration Superintendent to lead field operations on restoration projects in the United States. The role requires supervising crews, coordinating schedules, interpreting blueprints, and maintaining safety and quality on site.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in commercial masonry restoration and three-plus years in a superintendent or leadership position, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial masonry restoration experience.
• 3+ years in a Superintendent or similar leadership role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a crew of multiple employees, subcontractors, and daily jobsite operations.
• Monitors crew work for quality.
• Coordinates project schedules, manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Reads and interprets blueprints, specifications, and restoration details.
• Conducts regular tailgate safety meetings.
• Organizes, supervises, leads and trains employees to complete projects within established guidelines and timeframe.
• Submits crewmembers’ timesheets into payroll by deadline.
